2001 WEBBY AWARDS WEBCAST

The 5th Annual Webby Awards Webcast was created to provide the virtual online audience with a way to participate with the actual event (held live at the San Francisco Opera House). The webcast featured live streaming videos of the event, real-time interactive polling and questionnaires, and an archive of video clips showing speeches by event winners and guest performers.

As a design technologist within a multidisciplinary team of designers and developers, I took charge of streaming video compression and production, as well as helping to coordinate the live event with the "virtual" audience.
